Darlene Yedowitz

Darlene

"Our real true health will always come from a calm and peaceful mind", this is where the healing, the balance will begin to seep into you. The tone and flexibility you optain from yoga is simply a by-product.

Darlene will incorporate many styles of yoga into the practice as we begin to awaken the body and free up the mind.

She welcomes you to come as you are with whatever you have to offer and simply enjoy this amazing gift of yoga.

Darlene lives in New Fairfield and enjoys spending time with her two children, as well as cooking, painting and simply being with nature. Drema Lindie

Drema Drema has been Instructing Hatha Yoga classes for 10 years.  She received her Integral Yoga Institute Certification in 1997.  Drema has and will always remain a student of Yoga.  Through continuing study and self exploration, her teaching has grown into an eclectic style.

The class format is specifically designed to compliment the collective energy of the group, so you can count on a unique experience each time.

Drema’s Yoga class is a rejuvenation of your whole being—body, mind, and spirit.  The class begins with attention to alignment and foundation, so that there is a safe space for the body to play and find expression.  As you shift through the poses you will be encouraged to keep coming back to the breath.  This is an exercise for the mind; allowing you to experience present time.  The journey ends with learning the art of deep relaxation as you are guided, by Drema, to get in touch with your state of inner calm.

Nicole Coyle

Nicole Nicole has been a devoted yoga practitioner since 1994. Her interest in mysticism and finding a deeper relationship with God was sparked and nourished by her Catholic upbringing. As a result of this quest, she found the gift of Yoga and has been applying its teachings and ethics to support her on the path to becoming closer to the Divine; by seeing that the Spirit is in everyone and everywhere.

Nicole believes that, through constant awareness and practice on and off the mat, we can all change the world and find Liberation.

Nicole brings elements of unconditional Love, Devotion, and meaningful living into each class, inspiring students to honour their bodies and souls, and connect to that Spirit that resides in all living beings. Her classes are energetic, spiritually grounded and often playful, focused on becoming One with our Higher Self, the Divine. By weaving asanas, chanting, meditation and pranayama into each class, Nicole hopes to fulfill her goal of enabling her students to open their hearts and experience the true happiness that results from being united with themselves and God. Her wish is that her students then spread what they have learned; thus, becoming vehicles for positive social change. As a certified crystal healer, Nicole ends each class by intuitively placing crystals on all students' chakra points, furthering the healing effects of Yoga.

Nicole is trained in the Bikram tradition of yoga, and is certified in NAAM yoga with Gurunam. In addition, she has also studied Jivamukti yoga with David Life and Sharon Gannon and Kundalini yoga with Gurmukh. She owns a company called The Jeweled Lotus, where Transformational jewelry is made to act as a reminder of one's Light and to assist them on their true path. She is also a devotee of Bhakti yoga(path of spiritual devotion to the Divine thru chanting God's name) believing love and innocent pure intention to be the most motivating force to leading a spiritual and enlightened life. Her hope is to bring more awareness to the love and joy that Kirtan(traditional chanting) breeds to the community.

Nicole humbly bows at the Lotus Feet of her first gurus, her parents, and all her cherished teachers.

Lokah Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu---May all Beings everywhere be Happy and Free.
