"When a musical instrument is out of tune, it creates discord. Similarly when human beings are out of harmony with the divine order of things, we draw disharmony and disunity to us. Swimming against the tide, we exhaust ourselves but get nowhere. To keep yourself in tune and find your own note within the rhythm of life, you have to learn the art of vibrating the word. The more you vibrate the word, the more clearly you can reflect on the qualities of your soul. In turn, you will find that you are in harmony with yourself, and that internal harmony will be project into your life. Once you are in tune with life, life flows smoothly. You do everything at the right time and everything falls perfectly into place. All you have to do is vibrate the word so as to find your direct contact with the creator. Then keep sounding your particular note loud and clear and take your place within the vast orchestra of life. Miracle upon miracle will come about and this way of living will become normal because you are in tune with God through the power of the Word."

Centered Vinyasa Flow- Sally
~A briskly paced, strong flow that encourages students' to deepen their practice. This powerful, often sweat-drenching practice, cultivates cleansing heat in the body and builds strength, stamina, focus that leads to release and peace.
Sally's vinyasa practice is strong and vigorous with attention to breath, core strength, alignment, and concentration -- all creating a balance of heat and calm in the body.
This flow practice, one which moves rhythmically from one posture to the next, is usually performed in a warm room. Students begin with a gentle, loosening warm-up and build to a moderately-paced sun salutation flow standing practice where varied warrior series and balancing postures are explored. Students close their practice with back-bending, hip opening and/or abdominal work, and then enjoy the benefits of their hard work in savasana, or resting posture.
Sally’s class is challenging, yet attainable by any student looking for an energizing yoga experience. All students work to their own maximum potential and Sally offers various (posture) modifications to those who are building strength and/or have areas of tightness and/or weakness.

The Gift Of Life
You are beautiful.
You are manifesting the Divine Creative Power of the Adi Shakti.
Honor yourself: care for yourself.
You are the Divine Mother in your most beautiful creativity.
Honor yourself: laugh and rejoice!
You have surrendered your body to give life to your child.
Honor yourself: be grateful.
There is no greater sacrifice and no greater honor.
You turn your own blood into milk to nourish your child.
Honor yourself: care for yourself, body, mind and spirit
In a supportive, nurturing, and loving environment, we invite you to join us in a celebration and exploration of the Divine Gift and adventure of Motherhood through Baby and Me Yoga.
Mothers are walking, breathing symbols of hope, faith and love, for they carry within them the seeds of change. They are also a child's first "guru." And because of this, it is important to nurture themselves, physically, emotionally and spiritually during and after birth. Happy, confident, secure and radiant children can be created, but it starts within the mother first. She "is the holder of the future of her family's spirit."--Yogi Bhajan
In class we will help moms to experience motherhood with courage, confidence and faith by lifting blocks of fear, doubt and old conditioning out of parenting and life. When developing a meditative mind, a mother brings peace and calm to herself, her baby and her entire family.
For moms, yoga will improve posture, flexibility, strength, endurance, and an imporved mental well-being, aiding in warding off those potential postpartum blues. Asana will allow us to reclaim our bodies and encourage us to look beyond our assumed aboundaries. Meditation and chanting will ease stress and bring a renewed sense of calm to your being. The goal: a more peaceful world through strong, spiritually conscious mothers. Your ability to both attach and then separate is fostered and achieved as well, as baby is involved in postures, but is not the absolute focus of mother's activity. Within this communication, the baby has room to develop both connection and independence.
In baby, yoga encourages muscles to develop and grow, promotes better sleep, improves digestion, stimulates neuromuscular development and boosts immune system. Babies who practice yoga will have greater body awareness and positive self image as they grow into toddlers and pre-schoolers.
It is said that children are our karmic teachers. Come share with other women and babies in this community as you strengthen your body and mind and trust in your own power to connect with the Divine. Allow your baby to be the teacher from whom you will learn the lessons you need to move forward on your spiritual path, Sat Nam.
**It is recommended that babies be at least 40 days old to participate in class. In the Kundalini tradition, it is believed that mom and baby share the same soul for the 1st 40 days after labor. Therefore, those 40 days should be spent nurturing and connecting with baby, and creating a spiritual bond with mom, baby and the Divine, preparing baby to become a fully, independent, loving soul.
"He was inside where he was warm, cozy, and well contained. He came out and now he needs that touch, that feeling, that oneness within the nine feet of your aura.
When a child is born, you must stick with him for forty days and you and your husband must keep him near the, breast and the chest. That the most darling God born in innocence to two people who believed in love.”
- Yogi Bhajan
**please bring a blanket or sheepskin for baby to lie on, and all toys and items necessary for baby' s happiness.

Suggested Donation $10 - ALL Proceeds go to support the Oneness Movement and its vision of awakening humanity.
"Embracing yourself as you are is the first step and the last step. You must be who you are. What you should be is not important. Whoever you are, you are unique. The Universe has made you like that. God has made you like that." - Sri Bhagavan
What is the Oneness Blessing?
The Oneness Blessing (also known as Oneness Deeksha or Diksha) is a non-denominational benediction. A unique and specific blessing. It is the transfer of Divine Energy which, over time is designed to bring about the state of Oneness in the recipient. This energy has been brought to the world through Divine Grace and is being bestowed upon humanity.
What happens during the Oneness Blessing?
The Oneness Blessing initiates a neurobiological change in the brain that when complete enables the senses to be free from the interference of the mind. When the senses are unclouded by the mind’s interpretations, a natural clarity of perception occurs with accompanying spontaneous feelings of joy, inner calmness and connection to the Oneness in everything.
How is the Oneness Blessing transferred? What might I experience?
Oneness Blessing is transferred by the Oneness Facilitator by placing his or her hands onto the crown of your head, usually for about 1 minute. Experiences during the Oneness Blessing vary, sometimes strong, sometimes subtle, sometimes delayed until even days later. The recipient may experience a tingling sensation in the head, or blissful energy flowing through the body, or sometimes nothing at all. Whatever the experience, the recipient can trust that the process of Oneness has begun, a process designed by Divine Grace for your own nature that will lead gradually (or sometimes spontaneously) into your own Awakening.
Who can offer the Oneness Blessing to others?
The Oneness Blessing can be transferred by anyone who has received the transmission and training during a special process at the Oneness University in India or at the new Oneness University campus on Fiji. These people are often referred to as Oneness Facilitators or Oneness Blessing Givers. The Oneness Blessing Giver then works, as an empty vessel, for the energy to transfer to the recipient.
Can anyone receive the benefits of the Oneness Blessing?
Yes. It is not necessary to attend the Oneness University in order to receive the benefits of the Oneness Blessing. Most adults and children can receive the Oneness Blessing at any time. The exceptions are: Pregnant women after 16 weeks and people suffering from serious psychological illness.
Does the Oneness Blessing adhere to any particular religion or belief?
The Oneness Blessing does not adhere to any religion, nor any particular belief nor spiritual path. The Oneness Blessing is given each day to people all over the world, people of all races, all religions, all spiritual beliefs or no spiritual beliefs, and to people of all nationalities. It is not necessary to change one's religion, nor adopt a new guru or spiritual master to receive the Oneness Blessing - nor to offer the Oneness Blessing to others.
Why has the Oneness Blessing come at this time?
Our planet, and all of humanity, is currently undergoing a major evolutionary transformation. This is impacting our environment, our social structures, and our individual and collective consciousness. The co-founders of the Oneness University, Sri Bhagavan and Sri Amma, are here to help with this transformation.
